The Edge was founded by Andy Gibson in 2018. Andy is an executive level leader with 40 years of experience in creating strategies that transform brands and move businesses forward. During a successful career he has been the Chief Marketing Officer at Bacardi, Walgreens Boots Alliance and Foster’s Brewing. Prior to this he performed a number of marketing and General Management roles at Diageo which saw him lead teams in Western Europe, North and South America, Asia Pacific and Australia. He has worked at McDonald’s and Mars and has demonstrable experience in the FMCG sector, Quick Serve Restaurants, Beverage Alcohol, Health & Beauty along with considerable expertise in Retail.
